Far From Home / Langt hjemmefra
In this graphic novel, I wanted to head for new territories, both narratively and figuratively. The protagonist dwells in an oppressive, grey city and longs for some color, something meaningful, something real. A chance discovery sets him on a path out of the city and into the wild. Will the wild be any more hospitable?
Told without words and with only one frame per page, this was a challenging and exciting undertaking for me as an author/illustrator.
